*Note
Due to the large adhesion to the Symposium Dinner on Sept 23, associated to the "guided tour to the mosaics of the San Marco Basilica accompained by classic Venetian Music" and on the basis of the limited number of people allowed in the Basilica for security reasons, a special programme to visit the extraordinary 'Scuola Grande di San Rocco' will be offered to all the other participants to the dinner registered after the attainment of the maximum capacity at the Basilica.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of conference registration, social tours and events must be made in writing to the following address:

Cancellations received prior to July 31, 2010 will receive a full refund of the registration fees minus an administration charge of 70 EUR. The refund will be paid after the Conference. After July 31, 2010, no refund will be issued. However, the Delegate Bag, Final Programme, and Conference Report with CD will be mailed to each cancelling participant after the symposium.
Registration and Information Desk
There will be a Registration and Information Desk, at the venue and will be open from Tuesday afternoon. Attendees will also be able to register for technical and social tours and social events. Our staff at the Registration Desk will be pleased to give you all the necessary assistance and information. Name Badges will be given to all the delegates and accompanying persons with their delegate bags. It is required that all delegates wear their name badge at all times including during social events. Entry tickets will be provided for all social and optional events.
Invitation Letters
Individuals requiring an official Letter of invitation in order to obtain visa and authorisation to attend the symposium should contact the Conference Secretariat at iabse2010@iuav.it. Please include complete contact information including your address in your request. The invitation does not financially engage the conference organisers; all expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Visa and Passports
Foreign participants travelling to Italy are encouraged to find the necessary information on required documents to enter Italian territory. Please check in advance if a passport and visa are required by visiting the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at http://www.esteri.it/visti/index_eng.asp. It is recommended that you include a copy of the invitation letter to the Symposium with your visa application.
