Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions made between IABSE and its customers (members and non-members).
Prices and terms of Payment
- All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT. Where applicable, VAT will be added. Membership Fees are exempted from VAT.
- IABSE reserves the right to change the prices.
Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of a business transaction between IABSE and the customer are subject to Swiss Law. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
